Be Aware of Bad On-Line Sellers

I personally make it a point to tell all my friends about resellerratings.com if we talk about online shopping etc. A few clicks and a couple of seconds of your time can save you a lot of heartache.

Some might say a 6.71 is 'acceptable', but I personally would only consider stores in the high 8's and 9's. Too much can go south.

i feel bad for the buyer, but he should have never placed that order to begin with. if you are buying a $2500 body you should know better.

It still amazes me how gulable / careless people are with their money !

I read some of the reviews, I feel bad for some of the people who thought "the nice man on the phone got me a good deal on accessories plus free shipping". If they only knew...I can't believe a place like this is still in business.

Ah, the classic bait and switch scam. I read about a story like this approximately 7 years ago. A lot of it sounds eerily the same. The nightmare starts with a call from merchant trying to sell a lot of unneeded extras (batteries, memory cards, extended warranty etc).

I can't remember the name of the store but I think there's "street" in its name. I highly suspect AjRichard is the same shop (with a different name) as the one I read years ago. It's likely run by the same crooks. Eventually they'll get lots of complaints and shutdown their operation. They'll open up another shortly after with a different name. The nightmare starts all over again.

Wow, $300 for a 32 GB SD card? At least it will capture all his action shots with no blur.

What a tool.

1 hour rapid charger, 6 hour battery, no blur for video...wtf.
I feel bad for the buyer but the seller did his job.

What gets me is that these fly-by-night rip-off artists are advertising in major photography magazines all the time. I see "Broadway Camera" just about every month in most photo magazines and everyone knows what kind of outfit they are.

I guess these magazines will advertise ANYTHING for a buck!

Fox, MSNBC and all the other major networks and small ones alike do the same thing day in and day out. And no matter how bad the product is or how many people complain about the product the network is not going to stop these ads and lose millions in revenue.

Most people simply don't get to live the good life in this world by being honest unless they are very lucky or extremely smart. The majority of people with lots of money are either greedy, scammers, extremely hard working or they inherited everything they have.
