Bryant you switched back to the 5D2 again ?

Lovely shot! Yeah, I just moved to Austin, TX and ran into car repair issues. I had to sell the 5D3 and picked up a 5d2 locally with the funds left over. Sucks but this body is still good enough for what I do. The only thing i miss about the 3 is the silent shutter (yes, it's actually that good), the AF (yes, 41 all cross types AF that work at all points is a huge plus), and the ISO (3200 on the 5D2 is the most I would go to till things get grainy, the 5D3 at 6400 is basically almost a mixture of 2000-3200 of the 5D2. it's that clean! and don't get me started on 12800). I will eventually pick one up again when I get all settled but i'm happy with this camera :).

Nice shot! Which lens is this?!?!

It was a 135mm f/2.0 L.

How do I know this?

Because I'm a f****ing loser and I lurk this board wayyyyyyyyyy too much and saw the same pic in the 135 thread.

ugh....

I feel like I know half the people on this board in real life because of all the family photos and stuff we talk about here.

:(

Thanks TRhoads, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of bokeh produced from the 24-105 in this too.

Nice shots! I feel a lot of us are going the 5DII/7D route. Personally I love the combo.

I agree totally.
