Come on guys... Enoughs enough already... Lets leaf the OP alone.

I mean, can't you synthesize with the types of problems he is having...

You had a chance to use the word photo and you didn't? :D

So here are a few scenarios with respect to this fraud.
If the OP is lying, then it should be easy to get to him because he (OP) is assuming that Dell has no control over the product being shipped. But then what if Dell is letting OP lie on purpose and they are playing along having thoroughly inspected at least the second shipment?

If OP is telling the truth then someone at the shipping warehouse is really dumb to ship him wood again. If that is the case then there are many camera boxes (not only 5DIII) which are full of wood. In this case, it's easy to nail the idiots.

If OP is not lying AND the warehouse is clean then it must be someone at the shipping company i.e. Fedex?

Have I left out any other scenarios i.e. OP being an idiot? But he has a posting history here.

haha...Katie Court....

That would be D&H Distributing. They have always seemed to have issues like this. Wouldn't doubt one second it was an employee that did that.

Let's wait until Monday, and see if the real camera was shipped, and/or Dell has had a layoff.

It doesn't ship Monday! That's when I get updated, potentially, on the results of the investigation between Logistics, Fraud and their distribution center.

 is how I feel about this whole situation.
 is how you guys make me feel about this whole situation.

We'll see what happens.

Yes, please tell us what you know. Links to articles if there's any. I did a detective work yesterday starting with the address (katie court) on the 1st post. Got nothing.

Here's what I found today (somewhat related to D&H):

Fake Intel CPUs at Newegg (external link)
Counterfeit Intel Core i7 CPUs spotted (external link)

Best of luck, hope it all works out for you
