Hi guys, looking for some advice to remove an old BluDomain website which I no longer need. I have asked BluDomain support at least four times through emails, live chat and a support ticket to take it down but still nothing. I have not had a single reply from them.
I still have access through cPanel. Does anyone now what I need to delete in the public_html directory.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Is your account paid for? Like, you signed up for 1-year service and you are looking to get rid of it short of that 1 year being completed?

You can log into cpanel. Click "File Manager". Go into public_html directory.

Then select everything, then click delete.

You can also use an FTP client if you are familiar with that.

Make sure you cancel your service though just in case they auto-renew your account or something.

Hi Alpha, Yes the account has run it's full year. I have asked the to remove it a number of time but they have done nothing. They cannot auto-renew as the card has expired.

So just to clarify delete everything from the public_html?

Yep, that is the way to delete a BluDomain website. It's finally gone.

Thanks for the advice.

That's weird. Every other hostin service I've experienced will yank your page the second it expires and hasn't been renewed...

Deleting the files will just mean nothing will be displayed, but it's still possible that the domain will still be accessible.

This is just a thought.

IF the domain is still accessible, and IF you still have cPanel access, and IF you have a new site, you could redirect to your new site, until they finally take your old site down. Redirecting is very simple in cPanel.
