Here's a question, I have a 16 year old girl who would like to do a chair shoot and though the nudity is implied, and photographing someone of any age is not actually against the law, I'm not sure weather to do it or not. I have told here to talk to her parents about it and if they are ok with it to get back to me and I'll then have to decide weather do do it or not.
What would you do? Do the shoot or suggest doing something else with her?
Like you say, as long as the parents are there and all is ok with them then can't see too much of a issue with it. I'd be tempted to have either both parents there or at least another person who is with you in case of any issues that you need an unbiased opinion from, if you get what I mean.
I'm sure you'll do a great job too
