Wonderful colors and compositions. Nice job with the stitching on Trevi. Love the photo of the bride with the slow shutter speed and blurred effects. My favorite is the street scene in Rome. Straighten the horizon on 1,2,4 and 5 and you'll be set. Thanks for sharing these. I have very fond memories of my home country.

Thank you for the kind words, I will straighten up the images later on.

I am very judgemental on myself (Probably a good thing sometimes) but it's always nice to have a second opinion on things

I echo the above comment from lehmanncpa, and I'd add that there are some horizontal lines in the sky in #1 (maybe phone lines?) that you might clone out and then correct for lens distortion and it will be gold.
Nice work!

That's a nice set. Great job on getting the Trevi Fountain without hundreds of heads in the way!

Trevi: You can correct the barrel distortion and the CA. Looks good!
The wedding couple is a great pic! You could sell it to the photographer!
I also like the last gondola.

Great compositions. You could also take out the lens skew in PP. Doing so would help 1, 4 and 6.

Maybe easier to get an understanding from images instead of words, here are my home photos from my trip to Italy, they may help you grasp what your pictures should look like, not that I know. I just shoot a million shots and pic the best ones.... hit and hope :-) but I do like art and seem to be able to pic out a good image.

What lens did you use for #4? I am guessing you used the 24 - 105 @ 24... Unless you have a lens not in your sig?

They are all great images, #1 is especially great. I would crop out some of the sky on #2 though. Thanks for sharing. -rick

Yes you are correct.

The lens is actually broken - It's got the aperture problem that happens a lot with that model. So its constantly stuck on f/4
