Why don't you call them first and see if that shipping price is correct?

I'm not sure you can get any relief but give them a call and see if there are other shipping options. The folks there are as friendly and helpful as you will find anywhere.

Yeah. PCB makes great monoblocks but their new BD is terrible. Consider another option like Kacey. His dishes are out of Seattle. Shipping might be a lot more reasonable and the Kacey dish is so much better in every aspect.

sure, buy one of these, cut a hole in the center, it's already oblong and bent out of shape and you saved $175 ;)

Q

OP is in alaska and I can imagine UPS ground to be quite high. He/she should try air for that kind of price.

How much is the air option?
Edited: Much higher like $215. What do I say buy Kacey dish or get the Mola.:)

That shipping charge is downright nutty even if you are in Alaska. Just for fun, I put a Mola Setti in my shopping cart at B&H and asked for UPS Next Day Air to Anchorage for the shipping option. This is what I was quoted:

We ship to Alaska all the time for a reasonable cost.
Of course we are in Western Washington area so that might make a big difference
