What lens are you planning to get this year?

I gave my to a Friend, and got a 28-70, but I am not happy with the 28-70...

My wish list for 2013 in that order:

24-105 f4 (any time soon)
5d mk II (as soon as I can find a good deal)
17-40 f4
50mm 1.4 USM

If I can get all that by the end of the year 2013, it will be the best year ever
Also, some stuff for a home studio - background, stands, etc...

Considering a bag hide .

^ go with the sigma.. its DAMN sharp.. my friend just got one and its amazing (equal or better than 35L) and its way cheaper.

Im thinking of (towards the summer) picking up a second body. If the 7D2 isn't announced by then it will most likely be the 7D. As far as lenses, I'd like a 135 f/2. Maybe a bigger bag, or a hard case to store my lenses when I'm not using them. I'd also really like to get a GoPro camera, either 2 or 3. And a Kenko Pro 1.4 DGX teleconverter.

Canon 100-400L. Unless something comes out to change my mind, next year I want to get a new 5DIII. -rick

Id like to get the 24-70mm 2.8 v2 however the price point is utterly ridiculous. Maybe if it had I.S. Canon could justify some of the price however you have to wonder why Nikons same lens with I.S. is $1000 less.

UWA of some description ready to hit Yosemite in the fall- either 16-35L or 14mm.
200mm - either 70-200 or 200 2.8.

I think I have finally figured out what I will do.

Selling:
1. 70-300 f4-5.6
2. 24-70
3. 10-22

Buying:
1. Telephoto EF 180mm f/3.5L Macro USM Autofocus
2. 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Zoom

I love my 24-70 and have thought of selling it before to go to a prime. I have decided that the lens is great, and I shoot it at either 24mm or at 60mm, so I will stay with the same zoom.
I have also been shooting a ton of macro and love it, so I want to try this lens to see if it wows me like the 100L macro has.

nikon doesn't have one with stabilization, and it's only ~$300 cheaper...

200-400L if its available and not stupidly expensive (over £7k). failing that, maybe a 500mm f/4 ii. If the finances fall a bit flat then maybe the new Sigma 120-300 OS instead...

you're saying the nikon f2.8 has IS? that one must have slipped by me ! i see your correction you menat the tamron. it's $1k less because it's a tamron.
