I think that USB will fix 95% off all issues. But at the same time, why should we require that tool to make our lens work properly?

Hopefully it will be cheap to rent somewhere... Because another $200 is a bit annoying. I have a feel though that tool will be flying around the buy and sell with very little loss in resale... So people can use it, adjust their lens and pass it on. So ill probably wait for that if anything.

Agreed, I've read smoewhere that it won't be expensive, and it'll be included for free with some of the lenses, can't find any reliable source for the $200 price.

To me, the sky looks darker from right to left w/the filter

The polarization effect differs depending on your relationship to the source of polarized light. In the case of the sun, the strongest effect is at 90° to the sun, lessening as you approach 0 and 180°.

i can see focus inconsistency with my copy. more tripod test tonight. if i can prove with with tripod, this baby will go home for good.
