Looking at going there for a long weekend in March.

I don't know any but keen to know too as a long weekend in Paris is something that I have always wanted to do!

Also in France but a little further for a long weekend, I'd recommend Strasbourg, a lovely vibrant little city.

Just looked at Strasbourg looks very pretty, did you go by train or drive?

All my visits there have been work and hence just stayed at business type hotels but Cindy did do a review of a more boutique type place that she really rated. I'll see if I can track it down.

We drove because we were touring around but while you are there you don't need a car, they have a decent tram system and the centre is also very easily accessed on foot.

Cheers all, wish I had gone when it was actually snowing though, and the path down was just solid ice, but a lady told me not to bother so I took the steps down, much safer
