Cool! I'm starting to get weary from these classes so I couldn't tell if my head is permanently tilted or my eyes are getting weird :D

I have been learning how to use the clone stamp tool in Photoshop but getting mixed results. In the example below I have not been able to do it smoothly. Notice the hairlines on bottom right. I clone stamped out some tree branches from both sides of the statue.

Looks pretty clean to me Dan...

Try adding a layer, changing the mode to lighten (or darken), and then hit clone stamp. It can clear up the issues you pointed out...

And Gerry is right, content-aware fill is just amazing when it works... it just doesn't work every time. It's always worth trying out though.
