If you are not going to use the picture as wall-paper, you will get excelentt sharpnes and other IQ demands from all of them.
The question is if you A: need f.2.8 or B: need 105mm.
You can narrow the question down to those two.
For my need 24-105 is perfect. For those pictures where more is needed, I bring out a Prime. Wich give alot more help in bad light condition, and much bether image qualitity than 24-70. 24-105 is for me the always on lens, and I am using it at the Wide Angle and at 105mm the most. Between that much less.
The Prime I use, is a Walimex 35mm 1.4 (Samyang 35mm 1.4). You can get both a 24-105 and a Walimex for almost the same as a canon 24-70.
But of course it also depends on what camera you are using. If you have a crop, then there is ALOT of other lenses you should look at before you pick one of those three. canon 15-85, canon 17-50 f2.8 are my favourites.
