Nice pano, Chris. Great colors.

Nice shot with the msnr. I shoot raw only so I can have the flexibility of modifying. Gotta say I like the shot clarity.I got my 6D on Monday so I still have lots to pay with.

I shoot RAW, too. But I've tried and failed to make a 25600 ISO RAW shot look as good as an MSNR hot. You can get close, but the MSNR really helps with the detail while reducing noise. If I need a good low light shot, I'll be using MSNR as long as my subject will hold still for a sec.

Little cooler weather here in Arizona today. And we had some rain last night so the Mountains are snow capped. They glow a brilliant shade of purple at sunset almost every day. I did a 6 shot Panorama of them this evening.

Woooowee! That is stunning.

Got to work with some off-camera lighting for the first time today. Pretty happy with my results!

I'm a bit surprised that more isn't being said about the 6D's Multi-shot Noise Reduction (MSNR). It is simply amazing.

Canon 70-300L + Kenko 2x TC for 600mm f11. Manual focus using Liveview and 10x zoom. MSNR at ISO 25600 @ 1/20sec. No tripod, but camera resting on the arm of my recliner. Couple of table lamps for light.

Pardon my ignorance but is that the same as the Night Scene Handheld feature? I used it a couple of time and am absolutely amazed.

I'm jealous of you guys with the nice weather. This is all I see outside, taken by the lake. The sun is nowhere to be found :(

Yes, except by using the C1 option and setting the NR to MSNR I can also set it to silent shutter (which it almost is). Otherwise it accomplishes the same thing. And it is amazing.

Note that by using the silent shutter option you slightly increase the time needed for four shots, so it may not always be the ideal choice.
