It was shot with the 5d3 + Canon 50mm 1.4

1/40 sec / F4.5 / 100 ISO

The umbrella/softbox on the right had the 600ex in it, and the umbrella in the back left of the image had the 430exII on it. Not sure what my power settings were for both, but the 430 was at about a half power ratio to the 600. Prior to taking the shot, I took down the umbrella in the back left (it was getting in the shot) and just shot the flash straight on from the same distance.

I'll keep that in mind. I'll try that. I seem to put my shutterspeed at max sync speed most of the time. So much to learn....
