And fiscally deduct the hookers as they were models in a "glamour" shoot?
From the tax return buy another lens?

Isn't that why we all got into photography in the first place?

I spent more than $10K last year. I'm pretty sure that my survival would be at risk if I repeated that performance...

That said, I still have at least $10K remaining on the wishlist!
RRS legs
400 2.8 (used)
200 1.8
TSE 24 II

That'd probably wipe it but if Canon releases a 12-24 or 14-24 I'm in regardless. :D

Yeah, I'd say so. Looks like that'd cost about $15,000, even with the two big lenses being used.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.

"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

If we pool our money together we can buy the Leica 1600mm f/5.6. It'll only take 200 members. If we allow 24 hours between user, it leaves us with a full 19 hours and 48 minutes with it per year!

I've thought it all through. Now, who's with me?

^^^ I'm with you. In fact, I'll volunteer to use it during all those 24 hour intervals.
