First is Before!

1. The boy's eyes appear red-ish to me.
2. Focus seems soft to me.
3. I don't care the flare or whatever effect caused the discoloration/overexposure in the center of the frame.

The kids' expressions are very genuine though and it has character.

I agree with lehmanncpa

I do not know if there is such thing as too much post processing...

It looks like you brightened the image and then added the flare. I think you could turn the brightness down a notch and remove the flare. The trampoline is also missing (in the after picture), I like the placement of the trampoline in the before picture.

Good work...

Thanks! Yes removed the extra pillar and the trampoline, Added Bokeh overlay, Added fall leaves(right hand side) & Added a Lomo Light leak and Blurred the background. Seems like everyone hates the flare

I particularly dislike the faux flare in this image. In general I don't like flare. However, in the few instances I would tolerate natural flare is on certain landscapes or glamour portraits where the lighting, scenery and subject all complement each other with the flare. Beach scenes, snowy landscapes, a lone oak tree, etc.

I think the original photograph was very good. The composition and the lighting were very good. I agreed with the cropping of the pole on the left side of the image as well as your decision to clone out the trampoline (although you left a little to the left of the boy's head). Since the focus was slightly soft, I would have gone with smoother skin tones, less contrast and a tighter crop around the kids.

I think the original photo has potential, I just don't like where you took it in PP.

I like how you cleaned up the background, but colors go crazy in the "after". The eyes, grass, and faces are off.

I'm not a fan of the lens flare either. And the latest lacks contrast on my monitor.

The flare most likely there because is covering up the poor elimination of the trampoline. Also the boy still has trampoline parts coming out of his head!

I don't love it, but I don't hate it either. This is almost the style of processing that I like.. but not quite. What really disturbs me is the boys eyes, they are red and flat with no sparkle or life in them.

Also, my eye was quickly drawn to the grass, as it is very bright. The toned down version is better, but I might kick the grass down a couple notches.
