first time out

Hi All,

This was my first real time out with my new 100-400 shooting BIF.I had a blast even at 5DEG. above zero.I'm from MN. and was shooting at the Mississippi river.I was waiting for the Bald Eagles (about 20) in the trees on the opposite side to fly to my side where the open water was hoping to get some shots in flight.However they won and my fingers didn't tomorrow is another day.
I did get this shot though which is my first official BIF.

Learning a lot and am loving it
