Your photos of bride and groom finally convinced me that the look I'm going for isn't at 24mm it's at 17mm and got the lens today. I always wished my 24 was a bit wider and don't like to use my 14 because its manual focus for events, it's great for landscapes however. Looking forward to using this lens for the ultra wide bride and groom shots that I've been wanting to do for so long. I know there is a HUGE difference between 24mm and 17mm.

The biggest problem with this and many threads on this forum is...............

THEY MAKE ME WANT TO SKIP WORK AND TAKE PHOTOS!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep 24mm is not wide enough, and by no means is long enough... I really don't like that FL hehe, I still get to use it quite often during wedding ceremonies where I use mostly the 24-70
