Strutting Turkeys

This was the first time I have been fortunate enough to see male turkeys mature and this colorful. There were approx 6-8 females walking through orange groves with these two. Unfortunately, I only had my 500 so it was pretty tough to not cut some part of the turkey's body hope. Hope you enjoy.

Beautiful colours and detail, not a bird we see much in Scotland, except plastic wrapped.

Excellent capture, the colors of the wild turkey can be amazing and very hard to get so many of the colors to show at once like you did in these pics. Turkey in an orange grove is a first for me, that is a cool pic.

Thank you all very much. This orange grove is in a pretty special area, so it's not just a normal huge open field of oranges.
