Yeah but, a lowered 4wd isn't as effective as a standard height or lifted one.

Off road, true, but a truck with a 12' wheelbase isn't going to be great in the woods to begin with. Having a traction lever is nice, both in the snow and on the drag strip. 1.7x second 60' times on street tires are fun.

EDIT: Corners are fun too.

Wow, there are some very cool vehicles in this thread... photographers must love vehicles as a whole, haha... here's a reworked black and white of my '94 VR-4. 100% stock, looks nearly new (even with over 100k on the clock) and is the most fun I've had in a vehicle since my VFR750.

Just went through your Flickr album and read the write-up and watched the youtube vids. WOW. I'm in love with your truck. My first car was a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab with a flare-side bed..it was my favorite vehicle ever. I hate myself for getting rid of it all the time, and now I just want to go out and buy another one after seeing everything about your truck.
