If you follow the instructions it's easy enough just load it onto the CF card insert into camera and follow the instructions on the camera, didn't you do the firmware update on your 450d?

I had trouble with my 7D... posted on here and was called 'a bit thick' (not the SE thread lol) and i was starting to believe them.. i had to take it to Park Cameras in the end who also couldn't do it, turned out there was a fault in the board which had to be replaced..

I've since apllied a few firmware updates and it's really easy ... but impossible with a dodgy board :)

I did mine, no idea what fixed and I've not noticed any difference :)

Find out what it fixes, but if your happy with your camera unless it's vital don't bother.

That birthday party looks fantastic :D

Mark, those kingfisher shots are incredible. I have a 'bucket list' for shots that I hope to take one day, and a kingfisher is high on that list. Superb!

Cracking shot Richard.. Light painted?

Correct :D Three separate frames lit with a daylight balanced LED from the Quadra head.

Haven't posted these up yet, but if anyone is interested, i'm selling my genuine 5D Mark II Battery Grip (BG-E6) and Orbis Ring Flash. Will get some photographs and throw it up in the for sale section shortly :)

I ordered myself a cf card this morning. Is it best to link the pc to the camera or get a cf reader?

Either is fine, but it would transfer faster through a card reader :)
