Purposely over-exposed a bit -- hides a secret.

That's a great video. Well done.

Local relationship/health author and blogger wanted some high key shots for her website. Took the studio with me this time.

Setup:

Results:

QUOTED IMAGE

5DII
35L or 85L depending on the shot
1/200th
f/8
iso 160
WL x1600 in 47" octa high camera left and 2 580EXIIs lighting the 9' white seamless.
1 30" silver reflector camera right for some fill.

I know you were going for hi-key, but the hot spots on the face are a bit off-putting (IMHO). Are these caused by exposure or PP.

Now, having said that, I absolutely adore this image (second of the group) The expression, the lighting and the PP all work together to create a fantastic image.

Wow! Never would have thought you'd be going that slow. Is that to reduce vibration and stress on the boom (and possible mishaps)?

Exactly, it allows for less camera shake and bouncing based on the quality of the road. Also so I can be ready incase a suction cup loses suction. ;)

Your pictures turned out great, but just out of curiosity why go through all the trouble to clamp the glass leaning instead of just tilting the camera when you took it?

I was originally planning on putting colored water in the glass, but couldn't find the food coloring.
