Some logo/signature opinions please...

Depending on where I upload an image, I occasionally like to add some sort of signature/logo, solely for brand awareness etc.

Which of the 3 options on this image (the URL one is a bit bland, but the idea of using a web address is the question) look best in your opinion.

Ummm, I'd go for the lower left one. It's much more unique then just the simple, in a line text.

Bottom left.

Alternatively, you could do something like this for the bottom right:

Your Name | YourName.com
Photography

or

Your Name | YourName.com

I looked at that pic for 30 minutes before the logos appeared. Thats a pretty neat trick.

Anyway I like the bottom left

Love the necklace, bottom left.....

Bottom left is better as a logo.
Bottom right is less intrusive in the photo.

IMO you don't need to put your website - if someone wants to find you, they can punch your name into google and it's the first hit.

How necessary is it to put "PHOTOGRAPHY" on a photograph?

I''d just put your name on it.
If a client wants to locate you and Googles your name and "photo, guess what?

True. It did feel kind of unbalanced without it, but not necessary. I did want it to feel like a google hint rather than just slapping my name on it to show how proud I was, but I think that's just my own hang-up.
