Has anyone ordered anything from them before?

I ordered the latest Yongnuo triggers from them. They are in NJ and I should be expecting the triggers to arrive soon. I am in NYC. Well, the tracking number isn't working, not registered by USPS. So, I am kind of worry, although I can definitely dispute the purchase via PayPal. I was hoping to get the triggers before Friday.

They certainly have a lot of positive feedback. If it were me, I wouldn't worry about ordering from them with that kind of feedback. Also, it takes time for the USPS tracking numbers to actually show something, especially if you check the same day. IT can take 24 hours to work. There have been times I've received items I've ordered two days after placing the order and the USPS tracking still wasn't registering anything.

I ordered something from them about a month ago. No problems and they shipped out fast.

I ordered a pair of 622c's from them last Thursday afternoon. I received them (on Long Island) on Monday morning, using the free, economy mail option. No problems at all. Much quicker than the 25-30 days I'm used to from "thephotogadget."

They probably shipped it through DHL, try the tracking number here:

Also, my tracking number didn't work until the day before it was delivered. Their shipping method is kinda odd (at least the free "economy" shipping) Unit was shipped out via DHL and then forwarded to USPS for delivery.

Hmmm. 96 negative feedbacks this month and this one would worry me...

This one would scare me away too...

And I'm not even 1/4 down the negative feedback list yet.

And jumping to the very bottom of the negative feedback list...

I would not even worry if it was my money.

The tracking number is finally updated. Hmm.....either they actually shipped it late or the USPS only scanned them yesterday's around 6pm. I am lucky if it arrives today. Hopefully tomorrow. Yeah, those 96 negative feedbacks weren't encouraging. They mean that they are doing too much volume but being careless about the shipping process.

Yeah. I wouldn't worry too much about cheaper items but if I were looking at a camera.... IDK... I'd look for one somewhere else.

Interestingly, several of the neg feedbacks say that the seller is not in NJ, but in China. Is this possible? I recently placed an order on a Thursday afternoon, and had the package on the following Monday morning. This would seem to indicate that they are not off-shore. Maybe certain types of items are actually shipped from China?

It's very possible, a lot of Chinese sellers have warehouses here in the states. Some ship from both their Chinese and American warehouses.
