Always wanted to shoot a trash the dress session. My wife has lost a bunch of weight and can now fit completely into her wedding dress from 17 yrs ago!! It snowed here last week and the idea popped in my head, I'm sure I'm not the first but it was fun!

congrats to her, and nice job getting out and shooting a personal project.

#1 looks like you dodged her to balance the exposure. She's got a blue cast and is underexposed still. her face has less contrast than the rest of the pic (why I think she was dodged)
-most of the rest are harshly lit and busy (busy due to stopping down so much... my opinion)
#1,2,4 are too cool, #3 is perfect color temp (opinion)
#5 is absolutely fantastic! great job.

Overall, very nice job not blowing the highlights.

Nice.
Only here dress is overexposed in some image.
Well what can you do with a beautiful wife that is too shinny.
Congratulations to you not only for having such a beautiful images but such a beautiful significant other that can wear her 17 years old dress! Simply Wow.

Nice photos. I'm not a fan of the sunglasses though. She looks comfortable and happy, which is a lot of what matters.

#5 is the best IMO. Would try different sunglasses. It would work though.
