I would add an UW since 35 is pretty limiting on the wide end.

I would go for one of those:
16-35 and 85
17-40 and a 85

Other good options imo are:
24-70 and 70-200
16-35 and 70-200
35 and 85
35 and 70-200

I use 2 lens for most of what I do 17-85 and 70-200. It covers most of my focal lengths for what I do.
I like the less is more approach. Just my .02.
