It's small. Do you have a bigger image?

There's a lot wrong with this shot but there isn't a reason not to re-shoot...grab a cuppa coffee and watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FpHMuK7Htic (external link) ;)

Sorry but I just don't see anything here. Maybe if it were shot macro from a different angle it'd be a different story but this picture doesn't do anything for me.

For something like this, at least compose it from an angle that builds interest. That angle can be from ground level looking up at it. Or just find a better subject lol.

If this is just a test to be able to convert a RAW file and post it, then you've passed.

As a photo, I'm afraid it is not so good. You should ask yourself why you are shooting this subject and what you are trying to convey to your viewers.

I see a stump. I have no emotion or reaction to this photo. What you want your photos to do is evoke emotion in the people who view them.

Yes it was just a shot to fool around with raw file. The subject is of no interest to me either. I hoped that was obvious. Lol

It doesn't tell a story. To be honest, it's just a tree stump. The background (although blurred) is distracting (always watch your backgrounds).
