Is it just me or this image had too much sensor noise?

I think it might be a composite/hdr and the extra noise is a result of the processing, but I'd like to hear from the photographer too.

Looks nice to me.

But I'm too much into pure image beauty rather than caring about noise etc, unless it is really disturbing.

Thanks all...Yes...it's part of the processing. I had the contrast up full blast i believe in LR and 'dirtied' it up. Felt the mood was not fitting for a 'clean' shot.
