Definitely not sure on that paint job ...

Don't know if the focus is soft or just focussed on the door rather than the front of the car. Nothing wrong with the rest though ...

There was one other sunbeam, (don't think it was a lotus though), it was the course opening car i think, you can just see some writing on the drivers door,

i had some issues all rally with getting sharp shots, not sure if it was
1 - me
2 - camera
3 - lighting conditions, cars coming from shade to light.
still enjoyed it though..

Sorry but I think these are just average car shots from a great event in stunning surroundings.

I disagree about the shot of Malcolm Wilson. It's well framed, sharp, captures the action with the wheel in the air and the stones flying and the shutter speed is slow enough to blur the tyre tread. A polarizing filter would have taken the glare off the screen and a wider crop may have given it something more. I think it's a good shot but I'm no expert.

Nice shots, some seem a bit too zoomed in.

Matthew Wilson continues to waste a valuable seat....

...back on topic though, the shot of Malcolm Wilson is definately the one that jumps out the most to me. As evan55 says, the rest (in my completely inexpert opinion! ;)) look a bit too zoomed in to me.

Yes you chaps are right, i cropped these to try something a little different, not to everyones taste but thats ok. I have loads of the usual type rally shots so i just decided to try a little artistic editing for these, - never was a sheep kind of guy.

I agree about Matthew Wilson, he's good, but there's better drivers just gagging for a top drive.

#2 & #4 are the best shots here imho, #1 is much too tightly cropped and the graphics do no favours either #5 is out of focus and I would drop from this selection. Thanks for giving us a flavour of the event and taking time out to post your pictures- always appreciated and look forward to your next event.
