I almost caught it near Chicago today. It was raining most of the day so I resigned that I wouldn't get it. However, I saw the sun come out at sun set and immediately jumped in my car to find a good shooting location. I had spotted the comet, but by the time I was able to get my camera set up, some clouds rolled over. I waited a bit, but it never cleared up. I'll have to try again tomorrow.
