Great shot! How did you manage that with the notoriously bad AF of the 6D?

LOL

 If the people who always complain about the 6D's AF only knew what I pull off with my 6D, they'd likely step back and evaluate their photography skills. Since I got my 6D, my 7D has collected lots of dust.

Went to the Reagan Museum in Simi Valley yesterday and captured many great low light images. Reagan's Air Force One wasn't moving too fast so got a couple of great pics of that....

Ok, first pic out of the new camera!

My dog is quite camera shy, snapped this while she wasn't looking.

ISO 8000  JPG out of the camera with a just a few tweaks in Aperture. Amazing, so glad to finally be full frame!

WOW! This thread is already at 129 pages. Amazing amazing stuff by everyone!

I got my 6D around christmas and have reached about 1K clicks but mostly family outings. I will try to run some of my photos soon and post here.

But before that a quick question: What workflow do you guys use? Just run through lightroom with minimal editing and post here? I've seen some amazing PP work done on images in this thread so any pointers to get actions/presents would also be much appreciated.

I'm yet to install the supplied software, let alone know what to do with post editing .

I went up to the USS New Jersey ship museum this weekend, and despite screwing with my WB shift and forgetting to reset to neutral, got a bunch of decent shots - thank goodness for raw, and DxO. Here are a few interiors that show some of the no-flash low light capability.

Inside a 5-inch gun turret:
