T4i and 10-22mm EFS lens,

Canons to the left, Canons to the right,
We hold our L glass toward the light,
Digitizing in a snap reflective glory
That will forever tell our imaged story.

I have a question about shooting video with the T4i. After 10-15 sec. of recording I get a message: "Movie recording has been stopped automatically". Could this be due to my SD card only being a "Class 4", or is there a setting I'm unaware of?

class 4 would be my guess, I've never run into that even on longer videos (Class 10)

Almost certainly this as I had the same problem - even the class 6 memory card out of my wifes point and shoot afforded a lot longer before the camera stops the video. Dropping the video quality down from maximum helped too but since I got myself a class 10 memory card i've had no problems at all.

Thanks for the info. I suspected that, but wasn't sure. I'll get a class 10.
