Exciting day for me, this guy is my first GGO. I don't think it gave a crap that I was there, it was more interested in rodent hunting.

Congrats on your 1st GGO experience Trevor!
You've got some remarkable captures to prove it too. I really like the color contrast in #2 and the color blend in #4.
Other congrats are apparently in order too i.e. you look nothing like a rodent :)

The GGO is a wonderful creature. Consider yourself lucky to have had access to one and able to bring home some images. #5 is the shot for me. Nicely done.

Very nice. The GGO is the largest Owl in North America and the provincial bird of Manitoba....which is in Western Canada.
