I have the pouch, not the sling. Haven't really used it much. It fits my T4i very well, though. If you're not concerned about securing the velcro straps you can even use a grip.

I have one that I'm reviewing. So far, it's well made. But it wont' hold cameras with a grip. I personally use a grip so I would have to unmount my grip. If sales are well, Carry Speed will look into more versions.

It will hold the lens and camera. It just won't cover the grip. Which is why I said it renders the straps useless, because you can't get them around the grip.

I don't use a grip anymore so looks like it could work for me.
