Guys my zoom seems to be broken. I cannot turn the ring anymore. I don't recall any trauma to the lens at all.
I live I am miami, anyone know where I can have it fixed? It's definitely within the 6 year warranty.
Any Diy fix recommendations?

The best DIY advice I can give is package it well before sending it out.
Just to update this thread.
I ended up sending my lens to Tamron. I was charged $159 for everything including the signature confirmation. It was well worth it!
Here is what they did:
DUST OR DEBRIS INSIDE LENS
ZOOM IS DAMAGED OR INOPERABLE
LOOSE OR MISSING PARTS.
Repairs: POP THIS REPAIR WILL BE AT NO CHARGE IF YOU HAVE A VALID RECEIPT
D DISASSEMBLE AND CLEAN ENTIRE LENS.
Z ADJUST/ LUBRICATE ZOOM & REPLACE ANY BROKEN PARTS.
L TIGHTEN LOOSE PARTS; REPLACE MISSING PARTS.
2 TURNAROUND TIME APPROX 3 BUSINESS DAYS 800-827-8880
Sent it March 23 and I got it April 2nd.
It was bought in the grey market (ebay) and It was not warrantied. So i had to pay. But I am glad I didnt just jump the gun and bought a new one. It is good as new now!
Hope anyone with this problem gets to solve theirs!
