Bonneville

Hey folks,

I need an extra set of eyes on this one. I'm aiming this one as a double truck in a magazine. What can you see are the weaknesses, where can you see it's strength?

I like the shot a lot, there is nothing wrong that I see.

Composition is great, lighting is very good also.

The light on it is pretty good. I'm assuming that you'll have more detail shots in the article?

Beautiful, IMO. I love the cobbled street, it seems to just add to the character of the machine - I had typed "bike" at first, but this is not a bike, it's a machine. And I think the photo clearly shows that.

The only thing wrong is that its not in my garage, hated selling my Bonnie when I moved. I will own another this summer though...

I like it the way it is. I think you've captured the essence of the Bonneville....both the original and modern versions like the one in the photo.

I like the lighting, the implied dangerous side of town and as someone else said the cobblestone lane.

BTW....I've got a '67 Matchless 750cc twin...scrambler. Nothing like a British vertical twin. You've captured the Bonneville...well and originally....I've never seen another photo quite like this. Very good.

Lesmore, thanks for the words. The bike has been a project of a number of my workmates so to be able to capture it and bring out emotions like yours is quite flattering and right onthe ball for me.

Great shot. My one complaint would be some of the mortar is brighter and whiter then the rest. Kind of distracting, might look better if it was toned down
