6d and 85mm 1.8, where is my mistake?

Take a look at this picture, focus is wrong, its not on girl. What have i done wrong?

I have 2 more pics in the same situation, all three missed...

care to post the jpeg with EXIF intact?

Did you have all AF points enabled? Or single point (preferably the center one on 6D)?

Looks like it's front focusing a bit... the ground directly in front of her is in focus. Might need some micro adjustment?
