Lots 'shy' Minke whales around blowing water, and some really nice seals such this one (5D3 + 28-300L @ 300mm, f/5.6):

Reasons were: 1. The tent was very small and just enough room for a single sleeping bag only; no enough romantic ![]() 2. We didn't bring any active heating pad such as those for the Wetsuit; if we're getting cold during the night - we could only get even more colder! After the campers settled down, our ship moved to open water (maybe 10km from Rongé Island) overnight.
