As I do not yet quite have the money to purchase a 16-35mm for my rather new 6D, I have modified my 10-22mm to work on it! After reading this post. All you need to do is remove the back plate.

I knew this would work on the 1D3 but not the 6D!
The test shots you posted are great, looks sharp, good contrast etc.
So just remove the back and it'll work at 12mm + ?
Do you have something that restrains you from zooming out to 10mm?
Thanks

Vignetting is visible from below 15mm, so its really only usable at 16mm and above. And 16mm is equilvent to 10mm on full frame.
And no I don't have anything to restrain the zoom, but the image circle is quite visible in the viewfinder well before 12mm and serves as a good warning.
And the 10-22mm is a great lens and is fantastic on crop, nice to be able to use it on full frame.

So sorry that my shots aren't up to your standards, how foolish of me to take a shot from an angle that I found interesting

I'm done arguing with you, clearly your ego is larger than anyone's ability anyway :p

If you post pictures on a public forum, people have the right to comment on them. So sorry I didnt fall at your feet and tell you how wonderful your photography is, if you can't take criticism, don't post.
My ego is not the one in question here

Black Crowned Night Heron. We went to Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet, SC and their aviary is built of netting in the swamp so the birds are in their natural habit. You can enter and be right among the birds. They are accustomed to people walking through so you can get close to lots of them.

Damn that is a weird and cool effect. Looks like the guy is a lot bigger than the car. :)
I'm guessing this is because a wide angle lens was used?

No, those cars are pretty small. But that one looks like it could whip some @$$ in the corners.

Yeah, what usdm said. It's pretty small and it also has Ferrari wheels on it.

Had a chance to go out the other day. Despite the crappy weather, I have no worries of bumping up the ISO to get a high shutter speed.
