How much price difference is there between the refurb+tax+shipping vs amazon ($499 no tax no shipping)? Worth the difference between 90 day vs 1 year warranty (Im assuming without confirming)? I would definitely pick one up if I catch a 20 or 30% off sale, but I have a feeling these will go out of stcok in seconds.

For me the difference was about $25, but I've had terribly bad luck with Amazon so I did refurb instead. That is just MY experience though, and too extensive and OT for this post.

I've been spending less at Amazon mostly since they charge CA tax. End up getting mine at JR.com for $475 after my 5% discover cash back. Sold the 430EX II to recoup almost half of my cost.
