It might not look natural, but it looks flipping sweet.

Thanks, glad you like it!

Check out the photo I just posted on the HDR thread if you want to see a sweet looking sky. Here's the original with just some lightroom edits to contrast with the other one, personally I like the edited version better but maybe the sky of the second one with the foreground of the 1st would be the best.

If you like that look, I highly reccomend looking into Nik software's products. They just got bought by Google and I believe have an awesome sale going on for their whole bundle, I use HDR EFEX PRO 2, COLOR EFEX PRO 4, and SILVER EFEX PRO 2 all the time!

Not long back from a holiday in Iceland. First adventure with this lens and I'm very happy. Weather wasn't great and didn't see any northern lights but here's a couple of horses...

this seems to be the only lens for crop body 6D that has image stabilization, constant F/2.8 , and with wide angle and some zoom for a reasonable price.

compared to other lenses such as the 24-105 how does it do?

My last lens was pretty soft so want to make sure I have good experience with this one, especially when spending over 1000

It is very sharp, on par with the Canon 24-70 mark 1. Much better IQ than the 24-105.

It's a triple decker aluminum bunk bed for a disaster relief sleep trailer. Our trailers can sleep 36 people.

Shot my first wedding a couple of weeks ago. Had this lens on one body and the 135L on another. A formidable pair!

Have you guys seen this? IMO Tamron is def worth a serious consideration. Especially for those who are able to get it for $1k like myself w/ Canadian warranty. When this price is done, does one still think that Canon is $1000+ better choice than Tamron? i think not..

"A DxOMark Overall Score of 29 ranks the Tamron 1st for image quality on professional standard zooms, just pushing the own brand Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G AD into second with 28 points,..."
