you should have a button thats abbreviated "prtsc", at least thats how it is on mine, and then you can paste it on mspaint or another program and save as jpeg.

Silly question...How do you do a screen cap (windows)?

You should have a print screen button. Basically, it just copies your entire screen. If you hit Alt+Print Screen, it'll do whatever window is open and nothing else. You can then go into MS Paint, paste, and then save it as a photo.

"Snipping tool" built-in to W7. If you have W7 that is.

here is the only set of which i had a before-after image uploaded to flickr already, its a simply rolling shot, and as you can tell, there isnt too much post going on except for the rig-removal via the clone stamp tool, having the pleasure of shooting with a 5dii and some L glass really simplifies on the amount of post i have to do to make my images "pop" , the only thing i do aside from cloning is adjusting the levels, and running trhough a sharpening action

Nice work on editing out the reflection of the rig on the bumper. Well done.

Btw- where did you pick up the rig that mounts to the car?

First attempt with light painting. Forgot to light the hood, but I'm satisfied with result.

edit: used 13 different exposures.

Here is a screen shot of that one showing the layers and masking.
And here is another from the set:

What are you using for the light source? Handheld light strip of some sort? Maybe a link to the one you are using?

Awesome. I have been seeing people talk about doing this for a while but have never actually seen what they use. I think I am going to go pick one up and try it. Thanks for the link!

It's worth a try. The lights are cheap, but the batteries for them are pricy.
