They did it while I waited. Took a half hour. I gave them the camera as well. You go into the front entrance foyer. Its not set up for customer support. No desk or anything. You ring the bell at the double glass door. Nothing but cubicles inside. It'll feel like you're in the wrong place. Someone will come to the door. Tell them what you want and they'll send a tech out to talk to you and take your lens/body. The lobby, such as it is has a small table and a couple of chairs. I called first, but not sure you have to. Get there by around 3pm or earlier if you don't want to risk having to leave it. You may not need it but bring your proof of purchase.
