Tantallon Castle is a semi-ruined mid-14th-century fortress, located 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) east of North Berwick, in East Lothian, Scotland. It sits atop a promontory opposite the Bass Rock, looking out onto the Firth of Forth. The last medieval curtain wall castle to be constructed in Scotland,[1] Tantallon comprises a single wall blocking off the headland, with the other three sides naturally protected by sea cliffs

Not much not to like about this photo. I wish the castle was more prominent in the frame though. The colors are amazing. Is that what it looked like?

Yeah kirk it's what it was like. I used a ten stop and a grad to get the long exposure then adjusted the highlights and shadows on cs6

Pretty colors, but nothing looks sharp to me.

It's a beautiful photo, however after I looked at the photo then read the Op, I had to go back and look to notice the castle.

Nice photo, though as stated, had to double back and look for the castle.
