I'd be interested in one of your flashes if the price is right. Shoot me a PM if you decide to get rid of one of them. I already have one and looking to add another to the collection.

It depends. How much cash do you need? If a lot, sell it all, buy a Fuji X100S. If a medium amount, sell the 5DIII, get a 6D, and keep 2-3 lenses and 1 flash. If just a little, sell the 24, 50, and 100 and a flash or two.

I gave up a lot of stuff when I first bought a house. At the time it was difficult imagining my life devoid of riding a motorcycle around a track as fast as I could. It was very important to me to ride around in circles out in the middle of nowhere over and over again. The people I met in person and in forums were good people. But I quit cold turkey. The money saved helped with the mortgage but really it was the mentality change that helped more.

It might be good for you to reboot your photography.

Decided to keep the 24-70 and 70-200. Listed all the primes for sale... sad to see them go. Thanks for the input everyone.

Well, I have collected myself quite a collection of lenses over the years. I'm not a pro, just a hobbyist that takes pictures of my daughter, wife, family, and vacation.

Anyway, I need to get rid of a majority of my gear since I'm looking to purchase a home.

Here's what I got:

24L II
35L
50L
85L II
100L
24-70L II
70-200L II
1.4 TC III
(3) 600EX-RT flash units and (1) ST-E3-RT Trigger

So... what would you guys do in my situation?? What would you sell and what would you keep.

Forget selling them, with your collection, I'd set up a weekend rental shop for wedding photographers because that's the wedding photographer's dream collection right there,

jeesh.

But, good to see you've made up your mind. I might buy one of 'em. :)

WARNING!: Before commenting that my color correction is horrible, please keep in mind that I am colorblind, and that hasn't stopped me from trying.

24L II
50L
85L II

^ that is what I have.
I don't think you need your 35L and 24L, I sold my 35L after getting 24L. b/c I, like you, also have 50L.
24L + 50L = do not need 35L.

35L sell it
100L sell it
24-70L II, if you use a zoom, it's the best.
70-200L II, if you use a zoom, it's the best long.

1.4 TC III do you use it?
(3) 600EX-RT flash units and (1) ST-E3-RT Trigger keep

to have all that expensive, prime, L glass and the super expensive L zooms, wow.
it's like having 10 super cars, ah they're all different, of course. and people like jay leno, have tons of them.
but really? do we need all those? to use once a month or quarter?
