I've had my "S" focusing screen for about a week now and love it. Just be aware that it darkens the viewfinder substantially if not using a fast lens of 2.8 or greater.

This is the reason I waited so long before buying one, but with the amount of time I spend using MF glass I figured it would be a good idea :)

When are you going to try a Carl Zeiss lens EverydayGetaway? They seem to have incredible micro contrast.

Oh, I know. I very nearly bought the C/Y Zeiss 50mm 1.4, but after reading that Samyang is releasing a 50mm 1.2 next year I figured I would get something cheaper to hold me over until then ;)

A couple of indoor shots taken yesterday with the 24-105mm lens - straight out of the camera. Anyone interested in doing the post editing exercise of my daughter's shot? - I'm curious and for those who might be interested to see, if the hair clip will sharpen up.

Let me know if you need the file to be emailed.

Stephen.
