The wind turbine shot is magazine-cover material. Very nice!

The river shot got me thinking ...

It would be interesting to start a new kind of HDR. Overlay a great high-ND timed photo like this with a regular one of maybe 1/15th that shows more detail in the motion.

I love the detail these bring out in the static objects like these rocks but the total lack of detail of the water, clouds, or whatever, makes it a matter of taste. The extreme contrast just seems a little too fake.

I'm getting better at this! C&C always welcome. I strive to reach even half the level of some of these on this thread!

I think you can up your goals, ColoradoCanon. These are well above "half as good" as others in this thread. Nice work!

Thanks Randy! I'm not unhappy with my pics, but this page alone sure has some stunning ones.

I picked up a ND400 a few weeks ago but have not had the chance to use it much but I do like the results. In this shot there were several boats on the water and trucks on the bridge. I like the fact that you can't see them. I have so much to learn about long exposures.

First shot with my new TSE-24 II, love the lens so far, I kept it on my camera all day yesterday and never once thought of switching lenses.

This shot was taken with a Big Stopper/Lee 4x4 CPL
