i'm not sure if it's just how i am taking the photo but i find the 6D is much better at capturing tack sharp detail on digital image surfaces over my old 5D MK II... maybe i'm just getting lucky with the 6D heh

was asked to take some candids at a friend's wedding last weekend. There was essentially no light at this reception. Just a few very very dim chandeliers scattered throughout and a weird light thing on the dance floor. Thank god I turned down being the official photographer.

Anyway, the 6D held its own with no flash, though I was having to use ISO 10,000 for my 150 prime shots and 6400 for the nifty fifty.

EXIF is intact for all of them. Even with that high of an ISO and shooting pretty much wide open I was struggling to get a decent shutter speed.

thx guys, it's a 27" iMac... 3.4 Ghz quad core i7, audio is split routed through Headroom Micro DAC/amp combination to Audioengine A2's and the white A5+'s with the Denon AH-D7000s serving as primary cans
