I'm under the assumption that most people shoot raw.And I could also say that 95% of colors/colours are straight out of the camera.

Adobe and DPP have the same presets as the in-camera picture styles that will replicate how the photo was originally taken with its colors. I will make a comparison of a straight out of the camera JPG vs a pp in adobe without doing any color tweaks.
