I had the same issue, however I just filled out the form below and had my download link within 24 hours.

The form to fill out below:

99 MB.
But its what it does to your file size that is the problem.

Hi guys,

When I installed the downloaded bundle it never asked for a serial number or anything. And when I look in the usual places for registration stuff (help, about page, etc), I don't see anything about the registration number either.

Anyone know how Nik's licensing system works?

Thanks. :)

ah thanks. :)

I wondered the same thing and only found out after my copied that I had bought notifird me that the trial had expired after 30 days. So I emailed back and forth with google and finally got it resolved when they sent me a small .cfg file that I used to overwrite another one. For two days I was unable to work because I didn't have Nik lol. I've become too reliant on it. Sad. But it gives me that finishing polish I have on most of my photos.

Since this offer is via a download ... don't forget to store the NIK install .exe files to disc in case you get new software or computer.

Anyone experience RAM memory errors with NIK ??
I got it also for $126 for my 8 GB Windows x 64\
and it can still blow my memory on certain files and certain workflows.
HDR Efex Merge, Tone Mapping, certain Color Efex, and Silver Efex seems most to blow.
Dread PS 5.1 stopped working error sometimes before you can save your work.

GaryS1964 wrote in post #15808632 (external link)
I've used it for up to seven RAW pics in HDR module without a problem. But I have 16GBs of RAM.

16 GB would be a charm.
8 GB works almost all the time.
4 GB + is what NIK recommends.
Don't forget to adjust the allocation of memory in PS preferences.

Here's some other codEs that will give you the 15% off the $149 price

SDREYER
HDRsoftware15
BEDGE
STUCKINCUSTOMS
RONMART

Thanks for the quote. So i assume everyone here used this quote as 15% is a good amount of discount.

Q's: 1) Is this a well known software?
2) @ Work now, using PC. I use Mac @ home. Should i wait to purchase this @ home so i can get the correct install file? ie: .dmg instead of .exe

The 15% is great bringing the cost to around $126. This, considering the bundle used to cost around $500

1. Yes it's very well known.

2. Wait until you get home to buy assuming that is where you do your photo processing.

Enjoy.

Is this a standalone software with those 6 built in pluggins?

I think its both. It can be used as a stand alone and plug in. When i installed it i got an icon to run as standalone.
